We prepare all students to enter college and employment after four years of a multi-disciplinary curriculum that integrates challenging academics with state-of-the-art technology. We offer CTE pathways in Web Design, Video Game Design, and IT Fundamentals with industry recognized certifications in each area as well as courses in Robotics and Graphic Design. Additionally, industry specialists co-teach many of our CTE classes to bring current industry standards into the classroom. Students participate in internships aligned to their CTE course of study to gain real world work experience after completing our intensive job readiness program. At AoIT, we ensure students will gain the experience to become confident, skilled, and productive citizens. We are part of the Career Readiness and Modern Youth Apprenticeship (CRMYA) program which is a dynamic career readiness program designed to empower students through real-world experiences in media, digital storytelling and communication. Students build professional skills through hands-on projects, public speaking, and industry engagement, preparing them for success in college and future careers. We have courses that help our 9th and 10th graders explore their career interests and develop readiness skills. In addition, our Future Ready (Cybersecurity) program introduces students to the fundamentals of digital safety, ethical hacking, and information protection. With hands-on labs, certification prep, and real-world scenarios, students gain the critical skills needed to pursue careers in the fast-growing cybersecurity field. Our students can apply for apprenticeships in tech, finance, and business, which allows them to earn and learn while in high school.
